World Congress 2009: “TETRA: An Evolving Solution”
TETRA World Congress, the world’s largest TETRA conference and exhibition,
was held in Munich on 26–29 May. The Congress, the year’s largest gathering of TETRA users,
suppliers and developers, was a great success.

Electronics chooses EB
Propsim C8
Net Technologies and EB (Elektrobit) are continuing their successful
sales cooperation, Net Technologies is a Sales Representative of EB
Propsim series of radio emulator products, and this cooperation has now
brought a success story in Greece. Intracom Defense Electronics,
Greece's largest defense electronic systems provider, relied on EB for
its emulation needs and selected the EB Propsim C8 with the help of Net
Technologies.
Net Technologies has been representing EB
Propsim products - which are industry leading solutions in wireless
radio channel emulation – in Greece and the Balkan region since 2007.
The two companies have also started to explore ways to expand the
cooperation to certain parts of the Middle East.
“Net Technologies
has proven to be a reliable and competent business partner for us. We
see excellent growth potential for our cooperation, as in addition to
technically advanced companies like Intracom Defense already being
present in Greece. The wireless industry in general has started to
invest into facilities in the region. In addition, investment into

Recently EB introduced
a new emulation platform; the first product of the new emulation
platform, EB Propsim F8, is the only channel emulator on the
market that is designed to support any existing 3GPP/3GPP2 WCDMA, GSM,
TD-SCDMA, EV-DO/CDMA2000, TETRA, IS-54, 802.1n 3GPP LTE, WiMAX and
Wi-Fi radio interfaces and future wireless system air interfaces.
